Good location but with some fine tuning it could have been a better overall experience. Positive: Excellent location and reasonable value for money. Prompt response to messages and calls by the owner Ludovic. Negative: Curtains missing from all rooms on our arrival. The Wi-Fi code provided did not work and the absence of check in instructions in English led to difficulties in accessing the apartment via the flat doors keypad lock. There was torn wallpaper in the main hall area of the apartment and the outside stairwell was dusty and needed a good clean.

Positive: Un lugar muy tranquilo . Seguro y cerca Al centro de la ciudad . Las habitaciones limpias un lugar acogedor . Negative: Solo recomendar que puedan poner almenos 1 ventilador en cada habitacion .

RUINED THE EXPERIENCE Positive: Location. Negative: Dirty flat outside and inside. On the 3rd floor, by stairs only.Asked for one extra sheet and toilet paper as there was literally one piece of both, for a stay of 5 days, 3 people. The host did not even bother to say no, just ignored our request.
